special-protocols: Device Specific Macro
----------------------------------------

This protocol allows you to assign a macro to a button of a
specific device, instead of it being active on all devices.

To use the protocol you have to install the Device Upgrade
and Protocol Upgrade into IR.

To setup the macro you want to play, use the IR [Macros] tab
as normal, but assign the macro to a phantom or shifted key
you won't use for anything else, for example Shift-9. Then
add a Key Move to the key you want to use to invoke the
macro, using the hex command for the hex code of the phantom
key you assigned the macro to. For Shift-9, the hex code
is $1E+$80=$9E.

For example, create this macro:

    Shift-9 = POWER+TV+POWER

and this Key Move:

       Bound Key: SAT/1s
       Type/Code: TV/1103
       Hex Cmd: 9E

Now when in SAT mode, pressing '1s' will power toggle both
the SAT and TV, and leave the TV device selected.

This generic version of Device Specific Macros is
incompatible with most extenders. If you are using an
extender, check its documentation for special instructions
concerning Device Specific Macros.
